Sony Vaio random mouse on windows 8.1


Possible fix, also on the Fit leave in tablet mode whilst docked.

Did this issue happened after upgrading to Windows 8.1? Let's try to isolate if this is touchpad or a touchscreen issue. Let's try to download an update for the touchscreen.Please try to download this Touch Panel Calibration Tool. Please follow these steps in installing and calibrating the touchscreen.


Download and Calibration Instructions
IMPORTANT: DO NOT TOUCH THE SCREEN WHILE THE CALIBRATION IS RUNNING.
  1. To ensure that no other program interferes with the installation and execution/calibration, save all work and close all other programs. The Taskbar should be clear of applications before proceeding.
  2. Please follow the steps below to download and execute this program.
  3. Download the UNOOTH-P0112513-1082.EXE file to a temporary or download directory (please note this directory for reference).
  4. Go to the directory where the file was downloaded and double-click the UNOOTH-P0112513-1082.EXE file using the ClickPad or TouchPad only, to begin the calibration.

    Note: Please do not touch the screen.
  5. At the "Browse For Folder" screen, click "OK".
  6. At the "C:\Users\Username" folder, click the "Panel Calibration Tool" folder.
  7. At the "Panel Calibration Tool" screen, click the "CalibG4" file.
  8. When the calibration has completed, turn off the computer.
  9. After the computer has shut down completely, turn the computer back on.
After the computer restarts, the calibration is complete.
